Most of these are neutral statements you'd make about your own plans, but a couple use vi — the polite form — for what the receptionist might ask you.

One verb, two directions

Zakazati — to book — and otkazati — to cancel — share the same root, kazati. Only the prefix changes: za- books it, ot- undoes it.
